DON'T JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT

After moving from Austin to Dallas with two weeks notice, and one weekend to find a place - I can honestly tell you I KNOW how stressful that time period is.

What I want to do is provide a small reprieve where I can.

Okay... small humble brag moment.
I have successfully helped multiple first time renters, and renters who are moving from out of state / across state call DFW home!

Wether you need help just finding a place to call home, help with finding a moving company, or a more - I would love to help!

Planning a big move? Even from another state?
No problem!

You've thoroughly combed through my website, blog and Instagram feed and you like what you see. So the next step is setting up a time to chat to let me in on what you are looking for!

let's chat!

So it's time to move

Hey!!

I will ask questions like:
  1. When do you have to move?
  2. What is your budget?
  3. What part of town are you looking at?
  4. Is it you or will you have roommate(s)?
  5. Have you rented before?
  6. Do you have a negative rental history or any broken leases?
  7. Do you have pets?
  8. 1 bed? 2 bed? Apartment? House?

All of this helps me gather search criteria and better assist you!

information is key

After compiling the information I will be able to send you a "portal" that lists all the properties available that fit.

After narrowing the properties to your top 5 to 10 properties I will call to gauge pricing and availability. That will give a list that you can choose from in order to tour - The next step!

I will set up tours for you with each property to see it in person and interact with the leasing staff

Search portals

Tours are the fun part! You know how those work & know when it feels like your next home!

I will help coordinate with the leasing staff on all needs in order to process your application, and after your accepted I will continue to check in to make sure you have movers in place as well as your utilities set to turn on the day you move!

TOURS & APPLICATIONS

I know it seems simple...that's the point!
I take all the in between away so you have as little steps as possible.

I know you may have a few more questions so I listed out my most frequent below, but if you have more- reach out to me!

That's it!

The Process

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS —

Above I listed a bunch of reasons but if you're still not convinced, well, some rentals require an agent. For example, homes that are listed with a property management company require a licensed agent with a key to view the property. We are also working in your best interest always! Even after you move in- if you need something we are here!

Most rentals require that your gross monthly income is 2X and sometimes 3X the rent. So use that as a factor.

No. 3

Great question! The management companies pay agents that help locate rentals, so please PLEASE make sure you put our names down when you fill out an application as the person who helped you.

Yes! I sure can, if it is listed for rent I can help you and represent you

No. 5

Apartments and homes are different but every one of them require one form of government ID, at least 2 months of pay stubs, any previous rental history, an application fee, and usually some sort of admin fee.
